Router Plates & Guide Bushings
A flat, stiff insert plate holds your router under the table without sagging. Guide bushings ride along a template so the bit copies the shape exactly, perfect for hinge mortises, inlays and repeat parts.
How do I mount the plate?
Drill the plate to match your router base, then drop it into a matching opening in the table.
What are guide bushings for?
They follow a template, letting a handheld router copy a shape accurately.
What warranty and returns do I get?
Every tool ships free in the US with a 12-month warranty and 30-day returns.
Buying guide
How to set up a router table
A router table is only as accurate as its plate and lift. A flat, level plate and fine height adjustment make repeat cuts easy.
Add a straight fence and featherboards to keep stock tight and your hands clear.
Level the plate
Set leveling screws so the plate sits flush with the tabletop.
Adjust from above
A lift lets you change bit height without reaching under the table.
Use featherboards
They hold the work against fence and table for a cleaner cut.
