Featherboards & Push Blocks
Featherboards press the board against the fence and table so it cannot wander or kick back. Roller guides do the same with less drag, and push blocks keep your hands well away from the bit or blade.
Where should a featherboard sit?
Just before the cutter, pressing the stock into the fence, never behind the cut.
Do they fit my miter slot?
Most fit standard 3/4 in. miter slots or T-track. See the listing.
What warranty and returns do I get?
Every tool ships free in the US with a 12-month warranty and 30-day returns.
Buying guide
How to set up a router table
A router table is only as accurate as its plate and lift. A flat, level plate and fine height adjustment make repeat cuts easy.
Add a straight fence and featherboards to keep stock tight and your hands clear.
Level the plate
Set leveling screws so the plate sits flush with the tabletop.
Adjust from above
A lift lets you change bit height without reaching under the table.
Use featherboards
They hold the work against fence and table for a cleaner cut.
